Never stop challenging yourself

I started my fitness bikini career three years ago. Exactly 3 years ago, I competed for the first time in Japan within Japan Body Building Federation. This year due to Covid-19 COmpetition in August was canceled. But good news came right in June - Gold's Gym and Muscle gate will be organizing a competition in November!!!

Over the moon, happy! Extremely motivated!

Its only 3 months and 2 weeks left till the day X. It is a very short time, but I will do my best to be ready by then. I gain lots of weight in April and March. Lots of body fat over 24% end of April, it will be hard to lose all of it and build muscles at the same time. But I can do it! I'll be posting my progress photos once in 2 weeks or once a month. It will be dramatic))).

I love competitions! I enjoy being on stage! all the preparation before makes me forget about how hard it is to keep my diet clean and never miss the training even if I don't feel like it. Excitement to see your body change in such a short time is probably the biggest motivation.

When you have a goal, you make as realistic and effective plan possible to achieve it. And the steps you take to make it is no longer bother you.
